Who We Are

LAUREN

LAUREN

Lauren Meltzer has spent most of her career helping others understand why people think and act as they do.

After earning a Master’s in Technology in Education from Harvard University, she spent over a decade working with children and parents as an educational designer and producer of educational software and websites.  She also spent a decade as a producer and host for local public radio stations KQED, KALW and KPFA. Simultaneously, she used interview and research skills to help consumer-based public and non-profit companies gain consumer insights.

In 2016, Lauren took a midlife gap year. While living in Malaysia with her family, she mentored a Pakistani refugee and wrote for an expat online publication.

Once back in the states, she pivoted and studied Coaching and Energy Leadership at The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).  She now specializes in coaching parents with children who are neurodiverse, and women in life transitions. She works with people who are embracing change. The change can be within their family, due to health reasons, or career shifts.  Her clients are parents, people in different stages of their career, stay at home individuals, and those considering retirement. All people ready to embrace something new.

You can also find Lauren parent coaching at Center for Children and Youth (JFCS) in the Bay Area.
